Hello !

A big part of the session was about making AC work with CA certificates.
You've seen how to get a certificate from our Anaplan Employee Center.
There is no better way to learn that doing it yourself.
So my advice will be to go the portal, open a ticket with a certificate request topic and request a certificate for your email.

And even better is to request a ticket from companies like Sectigo (you can expense it afterwards) and you'll see the whole process from the beginning to the end.
It's an important topic, especially for PS people who need to reassure ITs that no credentials are stored on their servers.
To understand how CA authentication works under the hood, please refer to this article we wrote some time ago.
It'll also underline the challenges concerning security concerns and how to address them in the case that ITs complained in both practical and presales way. We also provided some solutions we've implemented for customers.

Thank you for learning !
