2.4.7.1 Create Demand Forecast Grid UX saved view

I really need some help for this step.

I completed to first conditional formatting rule set up for Final Forecast line, but I have no idea how to set up the 

for Initial demand Forecast.

 

In case, I attached example from training and how I set up and result that came out.

 

Please help me with this.
