Hello !

As mentioned during our last session, I have built up a video on how to use an ETL without a native connector for Anaplan.

The advantage is that you can use the well-known ETL (Talend) directly on your Mac without a Windows machine.

You'll then be able to have your hands on this kind of software directly on your laptop.

If you have been following our Anaplan Connect session, you'll see that most of the steps to have it implemented are similar (especially the use of Java).

If you want to uplift your skills and knowledge, we strongly advise you to have a look and a go at that as most ETLs in the market are quite similar and this will help you to be confident on any technical discussion involving those topics.
I've also shown how to use Anaplan Connect with it. It might not be the most elegant solution (ideally you would go for APIs) but it can be a quick win in some cases.

I’ve also added a link for you to download the zip, so that you don’t have to register on the Talend site and get spammed by an AE. (Don’t forget that Talend is also part of Thoma Bravo 🙂 )

Thanks for your attention and enjoy !
