In order to better represent Customer experience specific to Platform Uptime, we now have the ability to produce Data center specific uptime metrics. This will more closely mirror the Customer's experience with Anaplan platform. 

We will continue to evolve and refine our uptime reports, however this is the current level of reporting available.
You may make this available at the customers request. To determine which Data Center the customer belongs to, you can use This Splunk Search 

Note: Please do not share the data center uptime report directly with the Customer's. At this point in time the Data Center reports are internal only and to be used for reference purposes unless and until the Customer comes back for credits.
