Dashboard Grid Cascading in NUX

We have a Classic Dashboard that lets you select a location from a page selector and updates the grid below it (a.1) to show all of the materials accounts for that location (not every location has the same number of material accounts). Then, upon selecting a material account, the grid below that (a.2) will update to reflect all of the associated departments for that location and material account. From here, selecting a department will update a grid below a.2 (not shown in image) that will allow override changes to the Account and Loc_Department combination.

We're now converting to NUX pages and we're able to update the location using the page selector (at top) which will update the accounts in the first grid (b.1). Then, selecting the account will update the Loc_Department combinations for that account for that location (b.2). This works just as we want.

However, now, when we select a Loc_Department combination in the second grid, it updates the first grid which is not what we want (c.1).

Instead, we would prefer that the first grid continue to show all material accounts for the location (similar to what is shown in images a.1 and b.1).

I have tried adjusting the sync toggles for both grids but haven't been able to make the grids operate in the NUX as they did in Classic Dashboard.

Is there something else I need to do? Or is this functionality not available in NUX? Any suggestions?
