What app do you use when downloading CSV file from the Model Builder Training using MAC

Hi I have a problem when I download the csv file in the training course of Model Builder using MacBook, the file goes on a different format.

 

Can you help please?

    You can try use the TextEdit.app on Mac to open the file, or Excel if you have installed.
