In anticipation of the 25th Annual HR Systems Survey conducted by Sapient Insights Group, Anaplan is looking for customer participation to inform the research via an online survey. Ideal candidates will be familiar with their organization’s HR and especially workforce planning practices and supporting systems. The survey is now open for participation through July 1st.

This survey is recommended for everyone familiar with their organization’s HR and workforce practices and supporting systems (including planning), as well as those interested in sharing their vendor experiences and giving back to the community. All responses are confidential and only used in aggregate results.

 

The survey can be quite lengthy, but our hope is that you could at least fill out the Analytics and Planning section. It should only take 10 to 15 minutes if you focus on that section.

 

The Silver Anniversary Edition of the Survey includes these exciting updates:

  • Targeted Small Business survey path for organizations with less than 100 employees including questions about PEO/managed services

  • More Voice of the Customer feedback options for all of your HR systems

  • New questions on the role and responsibilities of the modern HRIS function

Other survey topics include:

The survey takes approximately 30-60 minutes of your time and may be forwarded to other team members for additional feedback and knowledge sharing. As a Thank You for participation, you will receive the following:

    • Continuing education credits toward IHRIM’s HRIP Recertification

    • A personalized data snapshot filtered by size, industry, or region

    • A full copy of the Sapient Insights 2022-2023 HR Systems Survey White Paper, 25th Annual Edition later this year.

      125th, 1025th, and 2025th respondents will be awarded a $100 Visa gift card. Survey results will debut at the HR Technology® Conference in September 2022 and our team looks forward to seeing you there!
