Show and hide line items in new UX form creation based on checkbox selection

As a user of new idea, It would be great if there is some way to hide and show line items based on other line items in new UX form.

for example, there is checkbox to select either single or married as status and if they select married, show additional line item to add spouse name or else hide line item. 

It would help to design a form more concise and also help end user to fill form easily. It might help to avoid displaying all line items at once.
