Keeping Current on Your Certification Requirements

Being a Certified Model Builder, Certified Solution Architect, or Certified Master Anaplanner means that you’re highly qualified. Staying current with the latest product releases and best practices will maintain your certification and enhance your expertise.

Please review this new information about the certification-maintenance requirements for 2023. This applies to all Anaplan certifications: Certified Model Builder, Certified Solution Architect, and Certified Master Anaplanner. New Anaplan features and the launch of Polaris, Anaplan’s complementary calculation engine to Classic, require additional training to remain certified.

Certified Model Builder or Certified Solution Architect

The requirements to maintain certification are the same for both a Certified Model Builder and a Certified Solution Architect.

2023 Maintenance Requirements (valid through December 31, 2023):

• Complete the Introduction to Polaris Course

• Completion of the Polaris training will re-certify you for 2023

Certified Master Anaplanner

The requirements for Certified Master Anaplanners (CMAs) to maintain certification include maintaining your certification as a Certified Solution Architect and completing the CMA contribution activity requirement. CMAs may read more about the contribution-maintenance requirements on the Certified Master Anaplanner Persona Hub Resources page and in the Certified Master Anaplanner ENGAGE newsletters.

2023 Maintenance Requirements (valid through December 31^st, 2023):

• Complete the Introduction to Polaris Course

• Collect the required Contribution Activity Points prior to the end of the year.
• Completion of both the Polaris training and your required contribution activity points will recertify you for 2023. Questions on your status as a CMA should be directed to masteranaplanners@anaplan.com.

After completing the Polaris training, you will retain your certification for another calendar year.
