We have successfully made platform enhancements on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT.

Customers using the Audit service now have the ability to monitor and capture Audit Events relating to users being assigned or unassigned as Exception Users.

This release also included an enhancement to Optimizer which will allow users to import sub-optimal optimization results even if the process has timed out before it has finished execution. Users may decide to choose this option when they setup Optimizer actions or edit existing actions. This feature is turned off by default.

Case Reference Issue Description
00403798 When you sort a list that contains more than 10 million items, sorting can take a long time and cause slow performance in the model.

In very rare cases, when you set up an import, a line item in an import target model may share an ID code with a saved view in the source model. If you change the name of the line item, the import data source changes to the line item and the import is unsuccessful if run. The Import Data Source tab still shows the source as the saved view.

In very rare cases, when you set up an import, a list item in the target model may share an ID code with a list in the source model. If you change the name of the list in the target model, the import data source changes from the list in the source to the list in the target.
When you add properties to a list, and run a comparison report for revision tags before and after the change, the number of items changed is given as the value for the number of list items affected multiplied by the number of properties added. This means the number of items changed may be inaccurate.

When you try to import selective access settings from a composite list, the import is unsuccessful if:

  • Write access is enabled for the list and any lists in its parent hierarchy

  • Read access is enabled for a list lower down the hierarchy.

If you try to run an order list, delete from list using selection, or update current period action, and your model role does not have permission to run the action, nothing happens. There’s no message to let you know that the action could not be run, or to explain why.
