Organizational change for the Global Partner & Alliances Organization
I’m excited to share some leadership changes to my organization that will help us accelerate our momentum, grow our ecosystem and maximize on our joint opportunities ahead.
John Youri has joined my team as Global VP of Cloud & Technology Partnerships. He will oversee the identification and development of go-to-market strategies for Anaplan’s cloud and technology alliances, driving solution development, IP augmentation, new routes to market and revenue streams.
John comes to Anaplan with a fine track record of success across enterprise software and cloud, working for organizations including Avaya, Inc., Talkdesk, AWS, and SAP. John lives in San Jose, CA with his wife and their 3 children.
In Americas, we have promoted Peter Podein to VP, America’s Partner & Alliances - Field Execution. In this role, Peter will continue to work with our Americas partners in the field, overseeing all aspects of our sales execution, and finding collaboration opportunities across our ecosystem of Cloud Service Providers, Technology Alliances, Global and Regional System integrators and our direct sales organization.
In addition, as we grow, we are going to focus on developing individualized long-term business plans to drive solution development, new customer acquisition, and market expansion. I am happy to share that Ray Curbelo is taking a newly created role as VP, America’s Partner and Alliances – Business Development. In this role, Ray will drive strategic and multi-year business development plans with our partners to create differentiated offerings and advance the sale and implementation of the Anaplan platform to customers throughout the Americas. Ray comes from Anaplan and brings a wealth of experience from our Strategic Growth Organization and will be critical in elevating and executing our GTM motion through and with partners.
