102 INTRO TO MODEL BUILDING - REF TO LIST ISSUE

I'm on page 23 of the course guide "Guided Build - Reference to a List" - step 8.  When I select Products list, and go to Properties I don't see "Unit Cost" or "Unit Sales Price" listed (as per the documentation/video).  Instead they appear as part of the list (see screen print of Tree View).  So i must have incorrect levels.  Can i delete them without damaging my model?  Also, when i look at Grid View i don't see values (which i would expect).  Since the product list was uploaded am i missing data because of the incorrect cost/price levels?  Again, can i delete and reimport, or should i create model version 2 in case of problems? 

I find it very frustrating that i wasn't able to use livechat (no-one available) or get hold of anyone via telephone.  I was told to post on this forum, which feels like an inefficient way to resolve my query. So having wasted 2 hours waiting for someone to come back to me i'm hoping someone on the forum may be able to help me.  Many thanks.
