Process to run other processes

I have several processes for loading data and updating lists/properties/subsets and would like to create a process that can run several of these process at once. For example, I have a process that updates my master lists' prior to importing data between models. These lists are used for multiple data imports, so for each module I import I have to re-select all of the actions that update the master list properties. It would save time upfront, and also make maintenence much easier if I could create a process that executes another process and then executes an action. This way if I need to make a change to the list management process I can do it once rather than having to fix it for each data import process.
