Dynamic graphs for new list items

Afternoon,

 

Apologies if this has been brought up before. 

I have a waterfall graph displayed on a dashboard showing risks/opportunities against our annual planned operating profit. I've used a numbered list to be able to add new risks/opportunities and the waterfall graph shows each risk/opportunity on the y-axis of my chart. 

However each time I add a new list item, I keep having to regenerate the chart and publishing to the dashboard. Would there be a way to automatically refresh?
