Dashboard Designer as a Grantable Access

Access to Dashboard Designer should be granted by role or user, instead of being available only to Workspace Administrators. As a Partner, I've encountered many times a situation in which a client needs to make a small end-user focused change, and is stuck waiting on myself or another Admin to enact it. Examples include changing dashboard element defaults, changing or adding text, or rearranging elements.

 

This is frustrating to clients - the individuals on the front lines should be empowered to configure the end-user experience as needed. Adding this functionality would create a more agile, smoother user experience.
