Learning Center not Recognizing Completion

Hello, I've completed the IMTB 102 certificate program and model build but the Learning Center does not seem to recognize it as being complete. I have even gone back and re-completed everything but it is still saying I am only partially complete. I have completed every question, clicked through every item in the program...what can I do?
