<p>Users who recently registered in Anaplan and are having trouble logging in may receive an “SE” or “Service Temporarily Unavailable” error message (this does not apply to Single Sign-On users).</p>
<p>This generally occurs due to users attempting to login to the Anaplan platform using the registration link provided in the registration email they received. This may be identified by looking at the URL be used, which would include “activation” at the end of the address.</p>
