Auto Cell Format Dialogue Box

Currently when you enter a formula or value in the cell that is not of the same format as a cell (often because you have forgotten to change the format before entering the value), you'll get an error message that the formats do not match. You'll need to exit this, copy your formula/value, change the format, then paste your formula back in.

 

May I suggest, as a convenience feature, that the error message box also have the option to auto-change or select the format that you desire the cell to be in. Additionally, this feature could be handy to use when importing: if some imported data format doesn't quite fit with the cell's current format, give the user the option to remedy it right then, rather than having to stop what they were doing, fix the format manually, then redo the import.
