Managing the Enablement Inbox

See also: Anaplan Learning Center Support for answers to many questions the come to the Enablement Inbox.

Terminations:

Notifications of all terminations come to enablement@anaplan.com so that access to the Learning Center can be disabled.

    1. Note the date and time of the termination. If it has not happened yet, hold until that date and time.
    2. Navigate to the Learning Center and look up the person. (Administration block > Users > Accounts > Browse list of users)
    3. If the person does not have a Learning Center account, reply-all to the termination email with: No Learning Center account.
    4. If the person does have a Learning Center account, click the eyeball icon under the Edit column to disable their access.
    5. Once the access is disabled, reply-all to the termination email with: Learning Center acccess is disabled.
    6. File the termination notice in the "Terminations" folder.

New Customer Notifications:  When deals are closed, notifications are automatically sent to enablement@anaplan.com.  File them in the *New Customer Notification folder in the Enablement Inbox.
Miscellaneous Emails:  Generally, other emails that come through the Enablement Inbox fall in the following categories and are answered on an ad-hoc basis:
  • Registration updates or requests for information about existing classes
  • Course requests from Certified Trainers
  • Requests for Partner or Customer learning progress reports: These requests are very infrequent. If the requestor is internal, add them as a viewer to Official Anaplanners v2 in the Anaplan Operations workspace. If they are external, pull the information from OAv2 and email it to them.  See Deloitte Reporting for a quick run down of how to do that.
