Running Customer & Partner Learning Reports from the Official Anaplanner Model

For those who have access to the Official Anaplanners v2 (OAv2) model, please see the instructions below regarding running Customer and Partner learning completion progress reports:

  1. Access the OAv2 model
  2. Select the Customer and Partner Reports dashboard (See special note for Deloitte below)
  3. From the Customer or Partner section, select the drop down arrow to the left of "Records: Training Records Staging" to search for the Customer or Partner company name in the Search field
  4. Select the company name that shows up in the results from the search
  5. Click on the button to Export Customer Report or Export Partner Records to download
  6. Run the report export
  7. Send to the requester
