After a customer's initial Go-Live it is important to remain engaged not only to ensure customer adoption of the solution deployed, but also to continue to drive outcomes alongside the customer. Quarterly Success Review (QSR, aka 'Executive Business Review') is designed to provide the customer a forum to understand where they are in their connected planning journey, and jointly identify outcomes that Anaplan can assist the customer in achieving. 

For Strategic and Enterprise customers, these should be completed quarterly by the Business Partner. For Channel customers, these should be completed quarterly by the Business Partner in partnership with the Preferred Partner on the account.

You can find preparation guidance, as well as a downloadable template (updated May 2021) to use for the customer-facing meeting in Gainsight. All notes from the meeting should be captured in Gainsight Timeline, including follow up and next steps.
