Not able to play Introduction Video

I am not able to play the Introduction video. Once I click on the link, it pops up a new tab but when I press the play button, nothing happens. I am using Chrome. Can anyone help please.

    Hello,

    Do you see any pop up blockers? You may see an icon to the top right side of your URL bar that is blocking the video from opening. Have you tried that yet?
