Unable to create Process Categories with ProcessOwner rights

Hello

I have the same issues with Process Category creating as it described here: https://community.anaplan.com/t5/Workflow/Unable-to-create-Process-Categories/gpm-p/33476#M23

So I`ve checked Process Owner rights in Assignments (Administration)/ These rights are granted but I still can`t create Categorie - nothing happens when I press blue checkmark
