changing the axes scale

Is there a way to set the axes scale ( or min max level ) on the x-axes of the graph ? ( i do no think so , but how do you control the view of a chart ? in below example i do no want to see the negative. )  ( I understand that we do not have dynamic time scaling in graphs yet and i cannot control therefore that in this version, I do not want to see 2020.)
