Summary:
The user who imports the App from the App Hub should immediately have access to the data related to Lists that have selective access enabled. Alternatively, a message should be displayed to make the user know, there is an issue and to which Lists selective access must be set for the current user.

Issue description:
For ease of use, after importing an App from the App Hub, all the demo data embedded in the application should be readily usable at least to the user who imported the App. Currently this is not the case. The user has to specifically know that she has to go to Lists | Settings and enable Selective Access to herself in order the data to be visible in the application.
The user experience for first use of an application has to be seamless and as simple as possible. This issue with selective access lists creates confusion and dissatisfaction.

Possible solutions:
1) On model import to the user workspace from App Hub (a) check if there are any Lists in the Model that have Selective Access enabled; (b) if Selective Access is enabled, set the current (importer) user to have Write access to the topmost (consequetively all) List Members;
2) On model import to the user workspace from App Hub (a) check if there are any Lists in the Model that have Selective Access enabled; (b) display a message that informs the user about the issue and lists all the Lists the user has to set her own selective access to.
It is also possible to combine these two - alert the user and provide a one-click option to set selective access for all the Lists with Selective Access.
