cant Download the UX Workbook

in Anaplan Community

Hey Guys,

I could easily install the first two workbooks (Central Library and Engine) but now that I want to finish "Introduction to Model Building" I get "the application could not be installed. Illegal Argument" for the UX Workbook.

As seen in other posts i already tried:

- using chrome inkognito mode

- tried a different workspace with way less then 80% used space

- tried another browser

nothing helped.

any clues?

    Hi Dalim!

    Try clearing browsing history and cookies from your current browser, then attempt to log in again and see if you can download the same.
    If you're not able to download it even after that, I suggest you to drop a mail with the screenshot of the error to 'support@anaplan.com'
