1.2 Overheads - Cost Center Structures

The user story / requirement mentions creating an Anaplan property on cost center to identify / flag the cost centers that are Sales Team related for allocation cost purposes.  There already is an indicator (subsets created already which determine Sales vs. Central) on the Cost Centers L4 list.  Sales is referring to sales team. 

 

My question is the subset good enough as an indicator or should a property (line item need to be created for Allocate Cost)?  If is does, then how do I reference the Sales sub set in my new property when it is checked?
