CapEx Spend as a % of Revenue

CapEx Projects Create module does not use Time as it is not needed.

CapEx Project Approve module not using Time either, but in this module I need to bring in Revenue for the year, Fy17.

 

I thought the YearValue function would serve here, but doesn'e work since target does not use time.  I'd rather not need to add Time to the Approve module.  Is there another way to bring in a Total Year Value for the CC?  Thank you.
