In an effort to strengthen the relationship between Support and the Field, the Customer Care team has put together a comprehensive set of resources to help provide guidance on the best ways to handle things like workspace provisioning, escalations, accessing and communicating within a support case. It also addresses common issues and troubleshooting so you can better answer customer questions.
