Grids on boards

In a board, grids display within a card, and can be edited by end users if permitted by a page builder.grid-on-board.png

Grids on worksheets

In a worksheet, grids display within the center of the page, and within a grid card in the Insights panel. If permitted by a page builder, an end user can enter data in a grid.grids-on-worksheet.png

Editable and read-only cells

Editable cells contain purple text on a white background, and display within:

  • grids on a worksheet; and
  • grid cards in the Insights panel.

Read-only cells contain dark text on a grey background.

Both page builders and end users can:

Resize a grid

Page builders can change the height of a grid on a board — this is useful if you want to increase the amount of data visible at first glance. Reducing the grid height makes room for additional cards.

To resize a grid:

  1. Open the page in designer mode.
  2. Hover over the dotted line at the base of the grid.
  3. Click on the blue line that now displays, and drag it up or down until you're happy with the grid height.
  4. Click Publish.resize-a-grid-on-a-board.png
