Error in importing CA Certificate

Hi All,

 We are trying to achieve CA Certificate authentication. While we followed the instructions provided in the link below https://community.anaplan.com/t5/Knowledge/A-Guide-to-CA-Certificates-in-Anaplan-Integrations/ta-p/39305#toc-hId-1363730354 , we got an import success message. But still, we don't find any file imported. The screenshots are attached herewith. Please help us with this. Thanks in advance.

    @jesse_wilson 

     The certificate in the screenshot is not the one which we try to import. There is a mismatch in the expiry date of it. We have followed the export steps. Still, we have some options disabled. The screenshots of them are attached herewith. Thank you.
