Copy/Import Line Item Formats

To provide self-service modeling we need to allow users to not only add new line items to a module but also to change/update the formats.  It would be nice to be able to import line item formats as well.  Line items can be imported but then only a model builder can change/set the format. For example: I want to give my users the ability to create new allocation drivers.  The drivers can either be volumes or %.  The format needs to be set along with the line item.  As soon as the new line item is created the users can enter data for that line item and set it as a default for an allocation calc.  Having the format set would be really nice.
