This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue. A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.
Issue
Global Navigation is not displayed in launchpad when using Internet Explorer 11.
Workaround
To be able to view the Global Navigation bar, please either:
- use an alternative Anaplan-supported browser;
- access a model, and you will be able to view the Global Navigation bar;
- or, use the direct URL for the service you are trying to access (e.g. administration)
