Hot Customers/Topics

  • Google – did we check? Tested and confirmed that they are good.  Anne received an escalation.
  • Anything from the release? –
  • Branden – issue with Gwen, and setting up meeting for today.
  • Release Saturday, ended 80mins early. Why didn’t the services come back up immediately?
  • Amgen thing – with Scott before he was out. We provided a workaround, but they do not find it acceptable.  They closed it, but they are having issues again.  Data Mapping issue.  Escalated to Christophe.  If it is a bug, and we provided a workaround, what is the next step?  Anne following up with escalated email chain.

Level 1

  • One candidate to replace Vinita while she is out
  • Lightning conversation – Adam is the SFDC rep from Level 3. Branden will forward the invite
  • Usage on splunk dashboard – send Anne the usage report
  • What is the plan and the best practice? Send with insights or recommendations
  • Anne – interview with Ashwaria today on behalf of Level 1
  • Couple of interviews set up.

Level 3

  • First round interview for London – last week.
