Excel Add in 3.2 name range format

In Excel Addin 3.2, the name ranges have changed names compared to 3.0, adding a connection guid to the end.
There should be an option to keep the old format
This will allow users to upgrade from 3.0 to 3.2 where they have formulas referencing name ranges
