URL containing both '?' and '/' invalidates hyperlink

Issue
Entering a URL with query string will cause the hyperlink to be invalid. URL with query string refers to having both '?' and '/' together (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Query_string)

To workaround this issue:
- Do not use query string in your URL
- Use a URL shortener (Subjected to you and your company's discretion)
