List imports intermittently failing to complete after Nov 23rd release

Issue

This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue as of the November 23rd 2019 release; a workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.

 

When running a process containing a list import, these can fail with the following error: 

 

 

Model (<ModelId>) does not have a valid 'open' state: current state is WAIT_FOR_ALL_TASKS_OPEN

 

 

This occurs if a user makes a change to the model (cell change, structural change, running another action, etc.), while the process is running.

Workaround

Rerun the process which has failed to complete.
