show the full text value in the column in read mode

We are designing the display module to show the information the users need to read only,  when the value is too long  to  be displayed in the first line(800px can only hold 126 or 130bytes of string), the users can't see the rest content.

Therefore It would be very helpful if in read mode,the user click the cell and the whole value can pop out like what it likes in write mode.
