Identifying items (line items, dashboards, modules) that have notes with an indicator

Adding a way to identify items with notes would be helpful in collaborating with other builders or people in the model, similar to how a red corner displays for cells with comments in Excel. For dashboards it isn't as important since the notes are easily viewed without scrolling to the right, but for modules and line items, notes are hidden upon first glance so an indicator could be very helpful.
