Change order of line items - New UX

We need the ability to reorder the line items within the New UX. At the present time the only way to change order of line items is within a saved view.

 

Also add the ability to remove line items/hide line items after you have a view on the Page. If you want to hide selected line items for certain months going back into the design view is a little cumbersome.
