New UX: Set an "Initial Page" selector link old UX

As a Page Builder, I would like the ability to set the "initial page" selector in the New UX, similar to the old functionality on the old dashboards.  I want to be able to control what drop down default is selected for my end users (list, line item, or time).

    This is something we use heavily in the classic view and would really need in the new ux.
