Congratulations!  You've been Hoganized!  Your Lead Series Reports will help you identify strengths you can leverage as well as concrete opportunities for development.  This Introductory Hogan presentation explains why Hogan Assessments are different from most "self-report" surveys and how your scores can reveal professional blindspots that may interfere with your success.  

After you have a chance to digest and synthesize your scores and the corresponding recommendations, you will use the Hogan Workbook to build a prioritized development plan and a strong support structure to facilitate your success.
