Reps L4 display name import

The formatting for importing the Reps L4 List was followed. Any idea why the information will not import?

    I attached an image in the first message. The settings being used are:

    Blank - Reps L4

    Column 4: Sub-region - Parent

    Column 2: Rep Code - Code

    Column 1: Sales rep - Display name

     

    Then the item uniquely identified by Code is marked. When the run import is clicked, this message shows up at the bottom of the screen:

    Item Name cannot be mapped for a numbered list when items are identified by Code or Combination of properties.

     

    There is one module property under the properties tab called Display Name with a format of Text. Also, the parent hierarchy is Sub-regions L3.

    I am having the same exact problem. I do not see a resolution to this. Can somone please help.
