Hi,

I have an issue while importing the "Actual" and "Forecast" bookings in Chapter 4.

After I follow the instructions from the manual and input the excel file, the sum value (50 391) appears in the first cell:

However, a colleague of mine is following the same steps, and the imported data looks like this:  (as it should be)

Our blueprints settings are exactly the same:

Please find attached the excel file, which both of us upload.

I am looking forward to your responses! Thank you in advance for the co-operation!

Kind regards,

Viktor

    Hi vinaymohan,

    Thank you for your help.

    After uploading the data again, the input data for Actuals is now correct.

    import settings.jpg

    However, when I try to import the Forecast excel data (following exactly the same settings, except in Versions: "Forecast"), I end up with the following message:

    forecast bookings - ignored.png

    As a result, the input data from Actuals is exactly the same as from Forecast(which shouldn't be the case).

    Can you explain me why all the input data is ignored, when I am following exactly the same settings? Also, how can I delete only the input data (numbers) in the forecast section, and not the whole section " Bookings" ?

    Kind regards,

    Viktor
