Pre-Sales Hand Off

The following meeting template is designed to help facilitate a hand-off from Pre Sales to Customer Success. Before the start of the project, schedule a meeting the appropriate individuals and follow the suggested agenda.

Customer Success Overview The mini pitch deck perfect for anytime you're engaging with a customer to tell them about your Business Partner role in Customer Success. 
Advisory Services This deck walks through options about how you can use advisory services throughout the implementation and the value they bring. 
The Scoping Process A .ppt deck to guide you in scoping each client project so that we reduce risk through more accurate proposals and meet our client expectations. This includes: timing, resources, and overall complexity.
Guide to Completing a Rough Cut This deck will guide you through considerations for the Rough Cut.
Rough-Cut Template

This deck should be used to communicate the Rough-Cut Proposal. 

This is not a contract, but a high-level proposal which requires more scoping to create an SOW/OS.

    Hi,

     

    Can slide #4 of the "Customer Success Pitch Deck" be updated with the latest number of customers? There may be other files that are not current, but that's the one I need / was looking at.
