Hello everyone:

 

Thank you for attending the All Hands where we unveiled our new CFO, Anup Singh and our vision and strategy. We had over 50% of the company attend, and I am grateful you took the time to join. We want to ensure that we are all aligned on where we want to go as a company over the next three to five years (our vision), and how we will get there (our strategy and key execution priorities). This will give us the focus to help us accelerate our success.

 

I have attached the VSEM (Vision, Strategy, Execution, Metrics) framework we discussed. If you would like to listen to the All Hands, here is the recording. 

 

As we move forward, I ask that each of you think about your own role in driving this success:

• Get informed, read the VSEM, and ask yourself what are you doing today that best aligns to our strategy and vision and what does not fit?

• Understand the strategy and how can you personally support the guideposts

• Trust each other. Work more together as a connected team and give each other positive intent

 

I hope you are as excited about our future as I am.  We have so much opportunity ahead of us. Thank you again for all that you do, please join me in making our vision a reality, and keep GSDing.
