NOW YOU CAN EASILY UNDERSTAND YOUR ADOPTION PROGRESS!

Thank you for all your work driving strong adoption with your Customers. In the last few months, you’ve set your Customer’s adoption targets for H2, made sure you and your pod are aligned on the Customer narrative and action plans in the model notes, and are making diligent strides to ensure your Customers’ adoption journey is a successful one!

We are excited to share with you that we’ve launched the capability to give you more robust tracking on your adoption progress.

This overall summary provides high level detail on how Anaplan is doing as whole:

    • Overall progress
    • # of promoted customers
    • Targeted Customers to A&B
    • Total ARR promoted to A&B
    • Target ARR in A&B
    • WoW change in overall progress
    • WoW change in ARR impact and Customer promotion to A&B

  1. This is where you’ll be able to track how your account is performing since the start of Q3 FY21:

    • Current ARR $
    • Expand pipeline $
    • Adoption score at the start of Q3 FY21, Current score, target score
    • Changes in the metrics that make up the adoption score (+/-)

  • Start exploring the Adoption Alerts dashboard today. We believe this dashboard will help drive your pod and team conversations on adoption
  • Use this dashboard during your regular pod meetings on adoption – be sure to use it with your Sales colleagues as well and help familiarize them with the progress!
