Dashboard Import Tool to also import Column Width Settings of grids

Currently the dashboard import tool pulls in grids as custom views with auto-sized columns widths. It would be useful if the grid's column width settings were also transferred over into the NUX page.

 

This would help preserve the formatting of each individual grid on the dashboard, making for a copy in NUX that is closer to the original.
