The Importance of Sharing our Successes: Customer Go-Live Stories

Capturing go-live stories enables your fellow Business Partners (BPs) to learn from your experiences. Though our customer base may be broad, the use cases we implement often share similarities. For BPs, these data points are helpful in overcoming hurdles during an implementation before they occur. It also provides a leg up on possible solutions to provide customers from our best knowledge base - each other.
Find out how you can provide your input to shape future implementations:

How to access: The template can be accessed in one of two ways:

  1. Via 'C360' in Gainsight through Success Snapshots (top right, export, 'Go-Live Story')
    • Downloading from Success Snapshots allows for some fields to be pre-poplated

    • Through the Box link provided in the 'Description' of the Playbook task in Cockpit

This ensures that your feedback is captured and helps us build a repository of go-live stories from the field. Our Customer Advocacy team will also utilize these completed templates and add them to ReferenceDB in Salesforce.

Caring is Sharing:  For the "File Upload" option to the Account Use Case, you must either:

    1) In SDFC, click on Account Use Case name to "open/preview" the Use Case...do NOT click Edit

    2) In Gainsight, click "Preview" to open the Account Use Case (open in SFDC in new window)...do NOT click Edit
