Are you planning to reach out this year to send customers, prospects, and everyone around the Anaplan community warm wishes? If so, use these helpful templates to get started. Here’s how:

1. Pick a design from the attached Word document
2. Use the default text or customize the message however you want. You can also add your own message in addition to the default message by replacing the gray copy towards the bottom. Messages can also be translated for different regions.
3. Once you have your message absolutely perfect, highlight/select the entire email and copy (CMD+C or CTRL+C) the message. The easiest way to highlight/select the entire email is to click anywhere inside the body of the email. In the top left-hand corner, you will see a little icon with four directional arrows. Clicking on this icon will select the entire message.
4. Move over to Outlook and open up a new email window. In the body of the email, paste (CMD+V or CTRL+V) the holiday email message. Please note, this does not work with web Outlook.
5. Add your recipient(s) and a subject line to the email and hit send to spread your holiday cheer.

Important notes:

1. If you’re sending one email to multiple recipients be sure to BCC everyone to avoid disclosing email addresses of all recipients. In the TO field, just put your own email address.
2. Please avoid restyling the email. Keep everything to the default colors and font sizes so that things stay on brand and the formatting doesn’t break.
3. If you add your email signature, please add it to the outside of the holiday email body. Adding your signature into the holiday email body will break the formatting.

Alternatively, these emails are also available for use with Gainsight Outlook Add-In:

• Instructions on how to add Gainsight Assistant to your Outlook can be found here. 
  • Click on Gainsight Assistant and type in search "Holiday Outreach' 
    • Finding the template in Gainsight Outlook Add-In
  • Select from Options 1-4 (variation on Happy Holidays or Season's Greeting), Enter in your customer name and apply the template! From there you can customize to your liking. 
    • Successfully applying the template in Outlook
